The rooms

Every rate on the card. Every fee in writing.

Open 8 AM to 10 PM, seven days. Hours starting at 8 PM or later carry a 25% evening rate. Book up to 90 days out with 2 hours notice. Every booking includes a 30 minute turnaround before the next one, so the room is yours from minute one.

The clock starts when you booked it.
We tell you every fee before you pay.

Same rule as our marketing work: we only promise what we control. The room, the gear, the clean start, the on-time access code. What you make in here is yours.

Money

The room

Questions

Before you ask.

How do I get in?
Your confirmation email carries the door code and load-in instructions, and we resend them two hours before your session. The code works for your booked window.
What gear is included?
Each room card lists exactly what is in the base rate. If it is on the card, it is included. Extras like seamless paper pulls or an engineer are add-ons you pick while booking.
Can I see the space first?
Book one off-peak hour and treat it as your scout. If you then book a longer session, email us and we will credit that hour toward it.
What if I need more time on the day?
If the calendar behind you is open, book the extra hour on your phone right there. Running past your slot without booking bills at 1.5 times the rate per started half hour, because the next renter's clock matters as much as yours.
Do you do day rates or recurring podcast blocks?
Yes. Email hello@trustfall.marketing and we will quote a day rate or a monthly block. The online calendar handles up to 8 hours per booking.
Do I need insurance?
Not for a normal hourly session. Commercial productions and crews above the room cap need a certificate of insurance with $1M liability naming Trustfall. One-day policies exist online for around $50 to $100 and we will point you to them.
What happens after I book?
Instant confirmation email with a calendar invite and access details, a reminder two days out (that is also your last full-refund window), and a reminder two hours before with everything you need again.
